Brian attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Indiana University for his undergraduate studies in Ceramics. Prior to and ever since receiving an MFA in Studio Art from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, he has explored the creative potential of technical theatre. He has not limited his interest to one particular visual arts discipline. Brian’s artistic interest have remained in both Fine Arts and Technical Theater. Brian is the Technical Director for the Upper School Fine and Performing Arts Department, and MAKER / Robotics Coordinator for the Upper School Science Department at MICDS. Teaching experience includes; Introduction to Plastics at the Pratt Institute, Beginning Drawing at Indiana University Southeast, Drawing Fundamentals at Saint Louis University, and 3-D Design, Ceramics, and Maker Science at MICDS.
