About me
JoAnne Vogel holds a BFA in Illustration and Graphic Communications from Washington University, and an M.A.T. in Communications from Webster University. She has been teaching in St. Louis independent schools for over 30 years. Prior to her classroom teaching, she worked as a freelance artist and teacher; selling her work and teaching subject specific classes including printmaking, ceramics, drawing, textile design and sculpture. She has taught visual arts at all levels—from age three to adult. Currently, she teaches 6th, 7th and 8th grade studio arts and high school ceramics. JoAnne has always enjoyed infusing technology into her classroom, and is excited to share how it has changed and energized her classroom studio.
