About me
Daniel Murphy, Ed.D. has been teaching Language Arts in the Lindbergh School District since 2004, teaching in both the main school environment and also at The Lindbergh Academy. He has formed various social justice and social awareness clubs and committees with students, including a Rock-a-thon to combat child slavery in Haiti, a ukulele group that performs for retirement centers, a coordinated Rubik’s Cube enthusiasts group with local SSD employees and students, an annual stream clean, and an annual rake-a-thon that receives donations upwards of $2,000 per year and provides lawn services for many local senior citizens. In the classroom and out, Dr. Murphy is an empathetic teacher working to individualize education and inspire a passion for learning in modern students and adults.
