Dr. Pallavi Aggarwal is a post-doctoral fellow in University of Missouri-Saint Louis. As a post-doctoral fellow, I am working with a K-5 urban charter school on their problem of practice which involves developing a school-wide classroom management plan and Social-Emotional learning curriculum to reduce student disruptive behaviors and create a conducive learning environment for all.
