Dr. Peter Dry is an educational leader focused on innovation in schools and organizations. He specializes in strengths-based leadership and future-ready education. He works with schools and teams to improve engagement and effectiveness.
His experience includes leading strategic innovation at Principia School in the USA, developing a project-based middle school at Huntingtower School in Australia, and co-founding Skagerak International School in Norway. His Emerging Leaders Accelerator program, based on his doctoral research, trains educators in leadership development.
Dr. Dry developed the ARTI-ful Based Learning (ABL) framework to help schools create Authentic, Relevant, Transferable, and Impactful learning experiences. His work extends to corporate and nonprofit sectors, including consulting for BMW Group Financial Services Australia and coaching community leaders through the Neighborhood Leadership Fellows in St. Louis.
In addition, he co-founded The Simunye Project, a nonprofit connecting students from the USA and Australia with community development projects in South Africa. Over the next five years, he plans to expand the ABL framework and continue supporting educational and organizational leaders in creating meaningful, student-centered learning environments.
